Preparation and use
PREPARATION:
- Add 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal mixture to 750 ml of boiling water. Boil for 2-3 minutes and strain immediately.
- You may also add 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal mixture to a 750 ml vessel, pour in boiling water, cover the vessel and allow to infuse for 15 minutes. Strain the infusion before drinking.
- You may sweeten the tea with honey.
USE
Sip the tea throughout the day until 5 pm. This is the recommended time, but if you wish, you may also drink it in the evening. However, we recommend that in such case, you drink a smaller quantity.
Given its pleasant taste, the fruit may also be eaten raw, like raisins. You may use them to liven up rice or semolina pudding or you may add them to various fruit dumplings or apple strudels.
