FUNCTIONS OF THE PATHWAY:

It controls the exterior of the whole body. It regulates the flow of energy and yang and coordinates yang pathways. It propagates and accumulates nourishing energy on the surface of the body.

A yang paired pathway. This leads from the external ankle, the MM-63 point, along the side of the body up to the shoulder, where it transverses several points of the triple emitter, small intestine and gallbladder pathways. It then continues up to the neck, temple and head, to point ZS-15.
